FACILITATOR supports Misschiefs in developing Residence Sigrid in the village of Collioure in southern France – a unique place that inspired many artists in the early 20th century, including Henri Matisse and Sigrid Hjertén.
The new residency supports artists, designers and writers by creating a safe(r) space for new voices, norm‑critical perspectives, and meaningful international exchange with other artists and organizations. Residence Sigrid is a place for inspiration, work, personal and artistic growth – and a place to return to: physically, emotionally, and through the wider Misschiefs community, both in Sweden and internationally.
Residence Sigrid offers three‑week residencies twice a year for professional artists, designers, and writers based in Sweden who identify as women, trans, or non‑binary. With a starting point in cross‑disciplinary exploratory practice, the residency offers time for reflection, artistic development, and the rare opportunity to step back, reflect, and breathe.

Misschiefs is a method for creating greater visibility for female and non‑binary artists. By taking over empty spaces in strategic locations, Misschiefs curates interdisciplinary exhibitions and public experiences and offers rent‑free studio spaces to selected artists and creators.
Residence Sigrid is a long‑term extension of Misschiefs, expanding the work both geographically and strategically – a safe(r) and grounded place where womxn artists and writers can feel at home and grow.
FACILITATOR invites you to a three‑day writing course in southern Gotland with award‑winning author Elisabeth Åsbrink.
The course consists of conversations and writing exercises designed to help you find your own path into writing. Together, we will explore conditions, ideas, and style, and the focus will be on writing itself and on receiving feedback on your texts, both in group sessions and individually.

FACILITATOR has supported Nadja Weiss with grant applications and to create the non-profit association that is now supported by the Torsten Söderberg Foundation to arrange and organize Gunilla Palmstierna-Weiss' extensive archive consisting of letters, sketches and texts as well as sculptures and ceramics.
Gunilla Palmstierna-Weiss (1928-2022) is one of the most established and acknowledged set and costume designers of our time who received great recognition both nationally and internationally during her professional life.
FACILITATOR supports the development of Östangård, an international venue for music, art and performing arts in southern Sweden. Together with FACILITATOR, owners Nadja Weiss and Philippe Boix-Vives are now exploring how the place can develop in the coming years to become an important place for innovative art and culture.
The new Östangård Performing Arts & Residence will offer rooms for rental, concerts and performances, and future also artist residencies for national and international artists.
